The heel elevation is just right, and the wide base makes every squat feel planted without any wobble. I’ve worn them for three sessions now, and my ankles still feel locked in from start to finish.

I was skeptical about the raised heel at first, but it makes a huge difference in my squat depth and stability. The strap system wraps my foot securely without cutting off circulation.

Finally got a pair of lifting shoes that actually keep my heel planted during heavy squats. The strap system really locks my foot in place without cutting off circulation. These just feel more stable than my old cross-trainers.
