I’ve been waiting for these to come back, and the updated rope guard is a lifesaver for burpees and battle ropes. The fit feels just like the originals but with a bit more grip on the outsole.

The heel lockdown is spot on, and the flat sole gives me that solid grounding for heavy squats. My feet feel planted during deadlifts, and they’ve held up great through all the rope climbs.
